For collection via LockerAlliance, you will have 2 days from the time you receive the SMS and email to collect your GOMO SIM card.

For POPStation collection, you will have 3 days from the time you receive the SMS and email to collect your GOMO SIM card.

Your order will be cancelled if you did not manage to collect your SIM card within the specified timeframe.

If you don’t receive an SMS or email to collect your SIM card on your selected date of collection, call Singpost at 1605 for help.
