What to do before transferring my number to GOMO

Make sure that:

Your current number is a postpaid number registered under your NRIC/FIN. If it isn’t, reach out to your telco to transfer the ownership of the line to yourself.

You current line is active and you have no outstanding payments with your telco.

Using a Singtel prepaid number?

Switch over to a Singtel postpaid plan first. You can head to a nearest Singtel store for help. A deposit may be needed if you’re a foreigner, depending on your pass type.

After getting your Singtel postpaid plan, there will be a minimum wait of 48 hours before you can transfer your number to GOMO. Do take note of early termination charges that may apply in your Singtel postpaid plan.
