Learn what to do when you’re unable to port in to GOMO.
A number transfer to GOMO could fail for a number of reasons. More commonly, it could happen because the NRIC/FIN your current telco has doesn’t match the one you submitted to us.
Look out for an email with next steps — you’ll need to reach out to your current telco to update your details or clarify the issue first.
In the meantime, you’re advised to start using your GOMO plan with the temporary number we’ve assigned you.
