Different access levels for main and subsidiary line users

GOMO users have 2 types of access in the app, depending on whose NRIC/FIN the mobile line is registered under.

 

1. Main account holder

You’re the main account holder if your mobile line is registered under your own NRIC/FIN.

As a main account holder, you’ll have full access to all app features, including:

Requesting for a new SIM
Logging in with your email
Updating your contact number
Managing all mobile lines registered under your NRIC/FIN

 

If you haven’t added your email, do it on GOMO app. Go to Me > Email.

Without your email, you can only receive updates such as change of plan and purchases via SMS.

 

2. Subsidiary line user

You’re a subsidiary line user if your mobile line is registered under someone else’s NRIC/FIN.

Subsidiary line users have limited access in the app and can only log in via their mobile number.

As you can’t update your email, you’ll only receive updates via SMS from us. For actions like requesting for a new SIM, reach out to your main account holder for help.
