i. You’ll need to be on the 5G+ Global Infinity plan during the month which the crediting period falls on. There are 4 quarters:
Q1: Jan to Mar
Q2: Apr to Jun
Q3: Jul to Sep
Q4: Oct to Dec
The crediting period falls in the month after each quarter. E.g. the points will be credited in April if you’re on this plan in Q1.
ii. To credit your rewards, we’ll email you an eform to collect your yuu details during the 1st week of the crediting period. Do note that you'll need to register your yuu user ID via the form by day 7 of the crediting month. You’ll be able to receive the yuu points by day 14 of the crediting month.
iii. The number of yuu points will be given in multiples of 180 yuu points based on the number of billed cycles in the quarter.
To illustrate, if a subscriber's sign-up date is 3 January, he will have 3 billed cycles (3 Jan, 3 Feb, 3 Mar) in Q1 and be eligible for 3 x 180 yuu points during the crediting period in April, provided he is still subscribed to 5G+ Global Infinity plan in April.
iv. The bonus points of 7200 bonus yuu points will be given to first 400 subscribers who meet the minimum criteria of:
Minimum 6 months' subscription on 5G+ Global Infinity plan
Being an active subscriber on the same 5G+ Global Infinity plan during the crediting period.
To illustrate, if a subscriber's signup date is 30 March and he clocks 6 consecutive billed cycles on the same plan (30 Mar, 30 Apr, 30 May, 30 Jun, 30 Jul, 30 Aug), he will be eligible for the bonus 7,200 yuu points during the crediting period in October provided he is still subscribed to 5G+ Global Infinity plan in October.No points will be issued if you cancel the plan before the service starts, if you terminate or change to another GOMO plan before the crediting month. Points also cannot be claimed retrospectively if customer’s yuu ID was not provided before day 14, did not complete sign-up within the yuu app or provided an incorrect yuu ID.

You can purchase roaming packs for single destinations (Roam Single Destination) or multiple destinations in a region (Roam More Destinations).
No excess charges, such as Pay Per Use charges, will be incurred even after you have fully utilised your add-on bundle. Once you have fully utilised the add-ons, simply purchase another to continue using!

The Unlimited Asia and Worldwide packs come with 10GB of high-speed data valid for 15 days under a Fair Usage Policy (FUP). After reaching the 10GB limit, your data will be throttled to lower speeds for the remainder of the validity period.
You will need to sign up for a GOMO mobile plan before a roaming plan can be purchased. It's easy peasy!
Yes! You can purchase more than one plan or different plan types at the same time. The roaming plan that expires soonest will be used first.
You can have a maximum data of 8GB for both Asia and Worldwide each. For example, customer may purchase the following:
a) (4 x Asia 1GB Pack) + (1 x Asia 4GB Pack) = 8GB
b) 2 x Asia 4GB Pack = 8GB
c) 8 x Asia 1GB Pack = 8GB
You’ll be able to receive SMS overseas even without an active roaming plan — as long as the country you’re in still supports 3G. But you won’t be able to receive calls.
As GOMO roaming plans are data-only, you won’t be able to send SMSes and make calls while overseas as well.
To make international calls from Singapore, get our IDD add-on instead.

To purchase the add-on, simply launch your GOMO app and go to Add-ons >> Local >> 5G to purchase it.
You can have up to two active Data Boost add-ons at any point in time. You’ll not be able to purchase a Data Boost add-on if you are already subscribed to a GOMO 5G+ plan.
Your 5G+ activation happens automatically from 7 February 2025.
When you see the 5G icon on your phone, it means you’re logged onto the GOMO 5G+ network.
Alternatively, log on to your GOMO app and you’ll be able to see a 5G icon displayed on your Home dashboard.
With the upcoming relaunch, all previously deposited data in the Data Bank will be automatically converted into GB Coins. Every 1GB of unused data will be converted into 1 GB Coin.
GB Coins will expire 1 year from the date they are converted.
For users who deposited data before the relaunch, all previously deposited data will be automatically converted into GB Coins on the relaunch date, and these will expire on 12 December 2027 00:00.
You must convert your Unused Data before the end of each billing period, otherwise it will expire and cannot be carried over.
GB Coins can be used to redeem various perks, such as Unlimited Data Roaming. Additional terms may apply to specific redemptions. Check out GOMO by Singtel app from 11 December onwards.
