Bill notifications
The GOMOBiz account owner will receive an email receipt upon the renewal of GOMOBiz mobile plans every 31 days.
These bills are also accessible from your GOMOBiz account, under Bills.
GST charges
A GST rate of 9% will be applicable on all chargeable services and billed items.
These items include, but are not limited to the following:
Monthly recurring charges
One-time charges (including delivery fee, datapump, local talktime, 5G boost add-ons, premium number and physical SIM card)
What’s excluded:
Roaming and IDD packs
